Return Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. We are happy to exchange any unworn item returned in a saleable condition, in its original packaging, and with its receipt, claimed within 15 days of delivery.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase then we are here to resolve your concern/issue. We will be delighted to exchange any item returned in a saleable condition, with its receipt andoriginal packing. We will only be accepting those products for exchange/return that either have manufacturing issues,missing accessories, wrong sizes and the shipment of the wrong items.No extra amount will be charge for the exchange of the same article, however exchange will entirely be dependent on the availability of the article. Exchange with a different article is also possible but the additional cost of the exchange article will be paid by the customer.After getting your exchange/return query, your order will be first checked by our relevant team after assessment you will be offered an exchange
This is requested to our valued customers to strictly follow careinstructions. For Unstitched fabric we recommend soaking and dry, so that you know the shrinking is done before you sew the fabric.
There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to consider exchanges. Such scenarios include, but are not limited to the following:
- Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
- Products must be returned in a new condition, with the pricing label secure.
- Sale items are not eligible for exchange.
- Product colors may vary slightly due to the photographic lighting source or the screen, thus the product is not eligible for exchange for this particular reason.
- Product is damaged because of use.
- Product has been tampered.
- Do not accept the parcel if it’s damage or seal opened. The Woven Palace will not be responsible for such exchanges.
- Any excess fabric or embellishment utilized during shoots will not be provided with the product unless mentioned on the website.
- There is no charge to exchange items for a different size, however, all exchanges are based on stock availability.
- We do not offer any courier service compensation if the customer send the item back unless requested by our representative
- The Woven Palace doesn’t take responsibility for items purchased from any unauthorized sellers and individuals, Facebook, or Instagram pages other than The Woven Palace.
