Return & Exchange Policy
We care deeply about your satisfaction. If something doesn’t feel right, we’ll gladly offer an exchange for any unused item returned in its original packaging, with the receipt, within 15 days of delivery.
We accept exchange requests under the following conditions:

Item has a manufacturing fault

Accessories are missing

You received the wrong size

You received the wrong product
The returned item must be in saleable condition, unworn, with tags intact and no signs of use.
If the issue qualifies, we’ll first assess your request through our quality team. Once reviewed, we’ll process your exchange. We do not charge for exchanging the same article (subject to availability). If you request a different item, you will need to pay the difference in cost, if applicable.
Important Guidelines

Items returned after 15 days are not eligible for exchange.

We do not accept returns on sale or discounted items.

Color differences caused by lighting or screen settings are not considered valid grounds for exchange.

Exchanges are not accepted if the product has been used, washed, damaged, or altered in any way.

If the parcel arrives open or damaged, do not accept it. Please contact us immediately.

We cannot replace extra fabric or embellishments shown in shoots unless mentioned on the product page.

We do not compensate courier charges for returns unless instructed by our team.

Exchanges are processed only for items bought directly from our website. We are not responsible for purchases made through unauthorized sellers, third-party platforms, or unofficial social media pages.
For unstitched fabrics, we recommend soaking and drying the fabric before stitching to allow for natural shrinkage.
