Order Cancellation

You’re welcome to cancel your order at any point before it enters the shipping process. Once your order is packed and handed over to the courier, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. At that stage, cancellations aren’t possible, and our Exchange Policy will apply instead.

Sometimes, we may need to cancel an order from our end. This could happen if:

  • An item is found to be out of stock

  • There’s a pricing error on the website

  • The product doesn’t pass our quality control checks

  • Your payment is declined by the bank or card issuer

We know it can be disappointing, and if your order is ever cancelled by us, we’ll inform you promptly and guide you through the next steps.
