Refund Policy

We currently do not offer cash refunds. Refunds are only issued in rare cases, such as if an item is out of stock or fails to pass our quality check and cannot be replaced. In such cases, the amount will be returned to your original payment method.

Refund processing may take up to two weeks. Depending on your bank, the credit may appear within one to two billing cycles. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

If a customer refuses to accept a parcel at the time of delivery, we do not issue a refund. Instead, store credit will be added to your account once the parcel returns to our warehouse in good condition.
